Prototype: German Railroad (DB) class V 90 general-purpose diesel locomotive in the basic purple-red paint scheme of Era III. Operating condition around 1967.
Model: The locomotive is completely new construction, painted and lettered for Era III with round metal buffers. The car has a metal/plastic frame and a plastic body. Buffer plates made of metal. All axles powered, bell-shaped armature motor, triple headlights with warm white/red LEDs that change over with the direction of travel. Dark nickel-plated wheel rims. The locomotive has reproduction cab equipment. Length over buffers approx. 65 mm.
