Switch the reversing loop on your layout short-circuit-free and thus protect your digital layout and of course the rolling stock. An additional advantage of the reversing loop module: Multiple reversing loops can be used on the layout at the same time. The DiMAX reversing loop module is a particularly powerful and efficient reversing loop module that switches digital traction current up to 15 amps without short-circuiting. Conventional reversing loop modules create a short circuit when the train arrives and force the polarity of the track to reverse due to a voltage dip. The new DiMAX reversing loop module, on the other hand, switches short-circuit-free, preventing an interruption of the voltage on the track. This makes overloading the digital command station by deliberately creating a short circuit a thing of the past. This protects track components such as locomotive decoders, point decoders and the electronics usually installed in locomotives and cars. The DiMAX reversing loop module can be operated with all NMRA / DCC compatible digital systems and switches, depending on the available traction current, peak currents up to 15 amps (continuous current up to 8 amps), which are quickly needed for garden railroad locomotives with multiple engines or in a locomotive traction with multiple locomotives. Alternatively, the DiMAX reversing loop module can also be operated in regular short circuit mode.

Included are 8 insulated rail connectors and the 4 sensor track pieces.
