Same as LH101-R radio handheld controller, but with LTM101 receiver Batteries and connection cable included Dimensions wireless handheld controller LH101-R: 144 x 62 x 46 mm, Dimensions receiver LTM101: 53 x 60 x 20 mm
Digital plus handheld controller and the fast, reliable XpressNet™.
handheld controller are the system's typical input devices, because manual operation is still the strongest area of application for digital control.
- the last selected locomotive address is immediately shown again in the display when reconnected to the XpressNet
- no restrictions in accessing the locomotives, every XpressNet device has equal rights
- all hand controllers have the option to switch points
- the hand controllers can be disconnected and reconnected from the XpressNet during operation, if corresponding XpressNet sockets LA152 are installed
- simultaneous use of up to 31 devices
In addition, the XpressNet works bi-directionally: you can therefore also retrieve information from the controller: when you select a new locomotive, for example, its current speed, direction of travel, and the status of the functions are immediately displayed and adopted. You can continue driving seamlessly. The LH101 and LH101-R hand controllers
The LH101 and the LH101-R are devices for the XpressNet™, enjoy all the advantages of this fast system bus for the Digital plus system. So of course you can plug and unplug both hand controllers during operation. The last operated locomotive remains stored and can be controlled again immediately.
The LH101 is connected to the command station by cable, the LH101-R works wireless, here only the radio receiver LTM101 is connected to the command station. Otherwise both hand controllers work according to the same principles. Features of the LH101 and LH101-R hand controllers at a glance
Large, backlit LCD display: Adjustment of display brightness and contrast as well as illumination time Display of locomotive address, speed level and functions or model time in the display.
Finely graduated, precise rotary control: Change speed and direction of locomotive travel and make other settings
Up to 9999 addresses for digital locomotives are available: 8 stack locations for quick selection of frequently used locomotive addresses, entering the locomotive address via numeric keypad is also possible; Quickly switch to the previously controlled locomotive with just one button
Two driving modes selectable: 1. normal mode: in this mode (factory setting) you can regulate back to speed level 0 with the rotary knob 2. shunting mode: in this mode you can control the locomotive down to speed level 1 with the rotary knob. The locomotive is stopped by pressing the rotary knob. Let the locomotive "crawl" to the desired position and then press the rotary knob to stop. The advantage of this mode when shunting: You can regulate the locomotive back to the lowest speed without having to look at the controller and do not run the risk that the locomotive stops too early.
Model time: A model clock is integrated in the LZV200, the speed of which can be set within a wide range. This model time can be shown on the display of the hand controller, in the system menu the setting is made.
Switching functions in locomotive receivers: Up to 69 functions (F0 to F68) can be addressed in corresponding locomotive receivers (Prerequisite: LZV200 control center from version 4.0).
Configure locomotive receiver functions: You can define separately for each function in a locomotive decoder whether the function operates as a continuous or momentary function.
Set speed step mode: You can set the number of speed steps for the currently displayed locomotive address
Double traction (DTR): Two locomotives are controlled in a simple way like a single locomotive.
Multiple traction (MTR): Several locomotives are controlled simultaneously with a common address.
Switching turnouts and signals: You can switch up to 2048 turnouts, signals or other solenoid items. When using feedback-capable switching receivers, display of the actual switch position in the display.
Routes: You can store 16 routes with 16 steps each in the LH101/LH101-R.
Club modes: The LH101/LH101-R masters two so-called "club modes" in which certain functions of the LH101 are locked. This way, model railroaders who are not completely familiar with the operation of the hand controller can also play along
Display of feedback information: With this function of the hand controller you can display the status of the inputs at feedback modules
Setting decoder properties: Address, start-up delay or other properties of a locomotive decoder are changed by programming. Three variants are available: 1. programming during operation (PoM): you program the properties of a locomotive decoder while the locomotive is somewhere on the layout. For example, drive your locomotive in front of a heavy freight train and adjust the start-up delay to the train! 2. programming on the programming track: the properties of the decoder are set on a separate programming track. 3. register mode: setting of older locomotive decoders, which do not master today's common CV programming.
PoM read CVs: With a LZV200 and the LH101/LH101-R it is possible to read CVs from locomotive decoders that support this method. The global Railcom Detector in the LZV200 makes it possible to read the settings of the locomotive decoder during operation, if the decoder supports PoM reading.
System settings: Here you make settings in the command station (e.g. read out the software version, set model time etc.).
Service variables in the LZV200: These settings in the LZV200 (for example the baud rate of the integrated interface) can be read and changed via a menu.
The radio handheld controller LH101-R: like LH101, but without cable:
- The new LH101-R wireless handheld controller from Digital plus is identical in functionality and operation to the LH101 handheld controller
- Connection for control via XpressNet with the LTM101 radio receiver.
- Up to 4 LH101-R radio hand-held controllers can be operated on one LTM101 radio receiver.
- The radio technology was developed in cooperation with the Massoth company.
- Power is supplied by 2 AA batteries (or rechargeable batteries).
- If the batteries are empty: No problem. Then you can also operate the LH101-R with cable!
