Trix 23150 DBP mr-a mail coach, DC, H0 gauge Novelty 2024

Prototype: German Federal Post Office (DBP) type Post mr-a railroad mail car, used on the German Federal Railroad (DB). Designed as an all-mail car with an exhaust hood for a coal stove, side air intake louvers, and an air changeover device. Car route: Ulm - Friedrichshafen/Ravensburg. Chrome oxide green paint scheme. Service condition around 1978.

Model: This is a completely new construction of the type Post mr-a railroad mail car. Version as an all-mail car with Minden-Deutz (MD) heavy type 330 bogies with a type D 150 cardan axle generator on the right side of the car on both bogies. Prepared for 7319 current-carrying coupler or 72022 current-carrying close coupler, 73410/73411 interior lighting, and 66716 power supply. Type-specific underbody design. Imprinted wagon running signs. Minimum passable radius 360 mm. Length over buffers approx. 28.2 cm. E700150 alternating current wheel set.
