Märklin 46406 DR freight car set for vehicle transport, AC, H0 gauge Summer innovation 2024

Prototype: German State Railroad (DR/GDR) type Ks 3300 or Ks 3301 four turntable cars. Red-brown basic paint scheme. Operating condition around 1980.

Model: All of the cars have separately applied brakes, brake controls, and turnable stanchions. One stanchion on each side of the car is imprinted with the car's car number. The loading area has a wood plank look. There are mounts on the ends for inserting the included stanchions. Buffer height according to NEM. Ks 3300 with a separately applied underframe and in a version without a brakeman's platform and long end stanchions. Rectangular buffer plates. Ks 3301 with a separately applied brake mechanism and in a version with a handbrake platform on the front end and short end stanchions. Round buffer plates. Buffer height according to NEM. All of the cars are each loaded with two Skoda LIAZ 706 tractors. Holding wedges and stanchions are included. Models of the tractors are from the Brekina Company. Total length over buffers approx. 65 cm. DC wheel set E700580.
